Learn from actual longitudinal use (dose + TSH + weight over weeks and months)
Keep the product honest and conservative in its claims
Move quickly without pretending we've solved problems for every regulatory environment at once
Build the right data model and export capabilities from the beginning (institutional handoff is a real future scenario)
